The RioTrailer R2 is a portable, lightweight sewage tanker for suction and vacuum tasks in height-restricted locations. This robust trailer is perfect for emptying flooded cellars, severely polluted sewers, septic tanks, and wells. With a total height of just under 1.95 metres, it is also suitable for use in parking garages. The double axle trailer has an empty weight of approximately 1,450 kg, ensuring that the trailer's total weight and contents remain below the permitted load of 3,500 kg, eliminating the need for an inspection procedure and associated costs.

Advanced Water Tanker Suction System

Under the hood of the motor pump/compartment, we find a 2-cylinder, 20 HP Honda Engine driving the powerful Jurop PNR 73 vacuum pump. This pump has a suction capacity of 7,200 litres per minute and is suitable for continuous operation. The discharge mode on the pump helps to empty the tank. A double float ball in the water tank and a siphon prevent dirt particles from entering the pump. The housing of the motor and pump protects against dirt and weather influences. Practical Sewage Tanker Design

The rear cover is fitted with a 3” inlet, a 3” outlet and three sight glasses to determine the liquid level. The tank can be opened completely for cleaning and the removal of solids. With 25 metres of 2.5” hose on the suction reel, the machine is ready for action. On one side of the water trailer, an open storage box provides room for the two 3” hoses that are supplied as standard; on the other side, you will find a lockable storage box for storage of tools.

The RioTrailer R2 has the same technical features as the RioTrailer R1 and can be supplied with or without a standard trailer for deployment at a fixed location or for mobile use. Of course, you can also mount it on your own approved trailer. Rather not have a trailer? This unit can also be mounted on the back of a chassis of, for example, an Iveco Daily or a Ford Ranger. The frame under the tank has extra space for suction hoses and the reel offers space for advertising.

Safety Sewage Tanker Features

A range of safety features have been included under the hood of the Suction Water Tank Trailer. The tank houses a siphon and double float ball to prevent dirt particles from entering the high-pressure pump, while a protective cover ensures that the unit’s motor and pump are protected from dirt and weather conditions.

The thermal recessed tank has a net volume of 2,100 litres, more than enough for most jobs. The tank is easily accessible via the fully opening rear lid.

Additional Sewage Tanker Storage

The Suction Trailer has been designed to include a range of storage solutions. An open storage box situated on the side of the trailer can be used to house the two 3” hoses supplied as standard with the unit. Ancillary equipment and additional tools can be securely stored in a lockable toolbox on the opposite side of the sewage tanker trailer. There is additional storage space for hoses at the bottom of the frame.
